Injection moulding is an efficient method for producing large quantities of high-quality, consistent plastic products. Production is based on a mould installed in the injection moulding machine, into which molten plastic is precisely injected by adjusting the machine’s parameters.
Our multi-component moulding machines also enable the combination of different materials within a single product. Finished moulded items are removed from the machine by robots and directed through quality control on the production line for packaging or further processing.
The injection moulding process at Realplast is highly automated, handled by robots and automated production lines. The quality of manufactured products is also monitored automatically. The speed and potential issues in the injection moulding machine are monitored in real time via screens.
